“Mary Sawdon is a board certified Naturopathic doctor with a special interest on fertility. She is an associate at Brown & Brown Family Chiropractic in Newcastle, Ontario and host of the Fertility Stories podcast.

As a naturopathic doctor and fertility coach, she helps mums-to-be get calm, confident and in control of their fertility. She is passionate about helping women thrive on their fertility journey; leading them from isolation and overwhelm towards a life of renewed purpose and support. She understands the struggle because she has also gone through her own fertility journey. She is ready to help guide you through the journey and THRIVE.

EDUCATION

Mary then graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with a degree in Doctor of Naturopathy. While working at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in her final year of naturopathic medical school, she provided general family care. Mary also treated the LGBTTTIQ community and people living with HIV at the Sherbourne Health Centre in downtown Toronto.

Mary integrates the best of both worlds through her thorough knowledge of conventional Western medicine and naturopathic medicine. She provides works closely with other health professionals such as medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nutritionists to provide the best in team-based naturopathic care.

When not busy in the clinic, Mary enjoys reading mystery and science fiction novels, spending time in nature, meditating, doing yoga, watching movies and spending precious time with her family.”
