Since perimenopause, the estrogen, which is responsible for her health, reduces and starts getting back to the initial state. It is just internal culture that goes down to take care of and it is good to take a  diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. And when you’re not into a routine weight-bearing exercise and bone health, then that osteopenia goes to osteoporosis where it almost becomes fragile. And they’ve become, you know, porous, even if we supplement calcium and vitamin d3. We can stop Osteoporosis but cannot reverse it.
