Intro to Abhyanga

Self care, self love through Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic massage ritual to help you lower anxiety, manage stress and bring a sense of balance in your mind + body. Abhyanga means applying oil and lightly massaging the body. Abhyanga therapy is an ancient practice which predates the Vedic period that has been in existence since 5000 years back.
The body of one who uses oil massage regularly does not become affected much even if subjected to accidental injuries, or strenuous work. By using oil massage daily, a person is endowed with pleasant touch, trimmed body parts, and becomes strong, charming, and least affected by old age.
