I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  I love that I get to work with people teaching them what their bodies are capable of despite their injury, surgery, or diagnosis.Helping people understand how their joints and muscles heal and how to recognize what their bodies are telling them is key to lifelong strength and joint health.It is a huge reason why I have stayed in the field for over 18 years.Educating people about their joints and teaching people how to move so they can live their life in the most functional way with the least amount of pain and most amount of strengths is my daily goal as a physical therapist. My mission to help people understand that hurt doesn’t mean harm, and joints need movement.
