Day1: Practice Pelvic Floor Muscle

Feeling low in libido. Learn how Yoga can help. A 2009 study was done on sexually active women ages 22 to 55 who followed a 12-week regimen of an hour of yoga each day followed by breathing and relaxation exercises.

All of them completed a before and after sexual questionnaire before and after the program that showed the sexual function scores improved by the end of the program. The program studied six areas: desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, and pain. Women 45 or older experienced the biggest improvement and about 3 out 4 women reported that their sex lives improved after completing the program.
