Hi, I’m Emily, I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Coach & Women’s Health Specialist. I help women and their partners to improve their chances of conceiving and support them on their fertile journey. Fertility can be a bumpy road to navigate, and can leave you feeling out of control, overwhelmed and powerless. And it’s ok to feel that way. This stuff is hard. But how would it feel to step off the hamster wheel, be held in a safe and nurturing space, focus on YOU and improve your fertility and chances of conception naturally?I'm going to help you understand your fertility to give you the very best chance of conception and a healthy pregnancy and support you every step of the way. One of the most challenging parts of trying to conceive is facing uncertainty and a lack of control. But you do have control over the fertile environment you create on all levels, and I’m going to show you how. After completing my training and setting up my nutrition practice, I noticed that the majority of the clients I was attracting to my clinic were women looking for fertility support. Seeing first hand the power of natural interventions like diet and lifestyle to balance hormones and impact fertility, I was hooked and decided to specialise in fertility support.I bring together my extensive training in Nutritional Science and Functional Medicine, coaching, holistic wellness and self-development to create a powerful formula to help women and their partners to get their bodies and minds in the best possible place to conceive. I trained at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, completing a foundation year in Biomedicine and Human Sciences, a three-year Nutrition Diploma (Distinction) and 200 hours of clinical practice.I have also studied at the Concord Institute of Integral Studies as well as further education in women’s health and fertility support. I am a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
